The MADRIX PLEXUS hardware and software form a powerful combination, working directly out of the box to allow you to control up to 2 universes via DMX512 or Art-Net. The PLEXUS device can opperate as a versatile stand-alone interface or live controller.
The MADRIX PLEXUS is the first and only interface to offer stand-alone playback of MADRIX light shows and effects. The built-in slot for SD or SDHC cards allows you to run sophisticated light shows without the need for a computer. The MADRIX software is only required to pre-program the shows. You can also easily run automatic, time-controlled scenes off the SD card with the help of the internal clock.
In live mode you can use the device in a 2x DMX-OUT, 2x DMX-IN or a 1x DMX-OUT, 1x DMX-IN configuration via Art-Net or direct USB connection.
The large backlit 3′′ LCD graphics display and 5 accessible control buttons make it really easy to manage and set up the device. The precision aluminum enclosure, NEUTRIK plugs, and other excellent components ensure high availability and reliability.
A versatile 15-pin serial port offers enhanced connectivity towards external analog or digital devices and therefore maximum flexibility.
The PLEXUS supports Master-Slave synchronization. A master interface can be set up to synchronize the LED controll across DMX universes spanning many PLEXUS devices for ultimate scalability.
